Summer amusement park trip 2012

                         KALAHARI WATERPARK

For our registered Religious Education Students 

Date: Friday, June 15, 2012

Time: Bus will depart from the Church at 5:00 a.m. and we will leave the park at 7:00 p.m.

Place: Sandusky, Ohio

Your reservations are confirmed only by Gina Muha; contact her at 754-8112 by June 10th. Reservations needed also from anyone with a free or discouted ticket. Everyone who attends received a discount, but only 55 seats are available on the bus.

The rate for Religious Education children: $30.00 (includes bus cost)
The rate for Parents or guest child: $60.00 (includes bus cost)
The rate for all Relgious Educaiton children, parents and unlimited guests driving themselves: $30.00

A free trip for all children in the Religious Education Class with the Highest GPA.

Children who participate in the "Walk for Religious Education" may have discounted tickets, contact Gina Muha to see if you qualify.

Cost of trip must be paid in full by June 10th. Make all checks payable to: Central City Youth Ministry.
Permission Forms must also be handed in by June 10th.

All chidlren must have one adult they report ot and must be in groups of two or more.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Sandwiches, snacks, food, drinks, candy, etc. will again be available on the bus during the trip and throughout the day. People can come back to the bus at any time during the day to get something to eat and drink.

Extra guests (with bus transportation) go on waiting list until Sunday, June 10th. Any Religious Education student who cannot afford the trip is to contact the Church Rectory. If you do not show up for trip and we cannot fill your seat, then you lose your money because of advanced payments.
